The two apartments are
adjacent to each other at first floor level and can be rented together
to sleep up to 9 people or separately. If you require special facilities
such as a highchair or cot, please ask.
The front apartment (Flat 1)
has one double bedroom, a shower room and a main room with kitchenette,
dining area and double sofa bed for a further 2 people. This apartment
has French windows with railings opening over the picturesque narrow
street.
The rear apartment (Flat 2)
has a double bedroom with an additional single high-level bed, a sitting
room with double sofa bed and TV, a bathroom, laundry room and
kitchen/dining room. This apartment sleeps up to 5 people. It has
windows opening onto a traditional lightwell.
There is ample space
at street level for storage of ski's, walking clothes, pushchair, etc.
The building is in the mostly-pedestrianised Historic Centre of Sulmona,
therefore all amenities are a short stroll away. Free parking is 5
minutes outside the Town Wall but dropping-off is possible at the
apartments. The accommodation is managed by a local English / Italian
speaking agent whose office is in the next street.
